I am a member of, contributor to (including an investor) or participant in the Christian Church or Disciples Church Extension Fund or in any program, activity or organization which constitutes a part of the Christian Church or Disciples Church Extension Fund or in other Protestant church organizations which have a programmatic relationship with the Christian Church or Disciples Church Extension Fund (“Limited Class”) or such other persons having a reasonable association or affiliation with the Limited Class, such as (1) “family members” (as defined by applicable laws) of persons in the Limited Class, (2) entities controlled by members of the Limited Class, (3) employees of Disciples Church Extension Fund or any of the organizations affiliated with the Christian Church and (4) other reasonably associated or affiliated institutional investors that are nonprofit religious organizations.
